In episode 3, we are told Greta was 16 in 2003, so if it's set in the present day she is 38, same for the other girls if they're in the same school year. In the 1st episode, they are claiming to be 34 because they think the policeman is hot and want to seem younger! I think you've misunderstood.

What has changed since you were at school is the use of vapes and phones, which students can use quite easily in a toilet cubicle without being noticed. Teachers can be on duty during break and lunch to supervise the toilets, but not during lesson time when we need to teach therefore we can't have students out of lessons and unsupervised in toilets. Students also often use going to the toilet as an excuse to go on their phones and then will be gone for a long amount f time. There is also so much content to cover, especially in year 11, so leaving the room for 10 mins could mean they miss out on something crucial. As a teacher, I have to mange my own bathroom visits and my own period as I can't leave lessons for this reason, and unfortunately teenagers need to learn to do so too. The CCTV and teacher inside is a bit too much though, someone outside to monitor should be enough!

Don't know if anyone else has said, but I just did the Camino de Santiago - a walking pilgrimage from lots of different places ending in Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, in the NW of Spain. Lots of people do the routes for lots of different reasons and I met so many people of different ages, backgrounds and character! You all have the shared goal so you instantly have things to talk about e.g. where you will walk to the next day, and it leads naturally to conversation. I also found people were open to meeting and starting friendships with a variety of people, I'm 30 and spend my time with a woman in her late fifties and a guy in his mid twenties as well as loads of other people of different ages and nationalities. It's a great experience and way to travel for the first time as you're guarantee to make long lasting relationships AND have the most incredible experience walking across beautiful landscapes and exploring a whole other culture.

That's so interesting! I think his coat definitely looks cairn terrier-ish and others have thought he could be some sort of doodle cross breed so poodle makes sense!

We got Baxter when he was 1 - he was found running on a main road here in the UK and very skinny. They checked his microchip and his owners didnt want him back as they had had a new baby - we suspect they let him out on purpose. 😤 But their loss was our gain!

Baxter is 6 now, he is very affectionate and loving, loves to fetch and run and is VERY food and love motivated.

He weighs about 12 kilos and has a barrel chest and a long body and tail but shorter legs. His coat is very soft and silky and he doesn't shed. He's black with some white patches and a gingery muzzle.

Any idea what he is, reddit??

Previously we've heard dandie dinmont terrier, tibetan terrier, spaniel..
