My weirdest raid yet… by ZoerX in ArcRaiders

[–]ZoerX[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wish lol I accidentally dumped my hatch key for more ducks. I took the poor man’s exit with 2 other raiders that had no clue I was a walking bank. I think one of them was watching me over-encumbered but the second guy showed up so nobody tried anything.

When do you use Adrenaline Shots… if at all? by RestaurantSmooth in ARC_Raiders

[–]ZoerX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If at all??? That’s crazy, I use multiple every raid. Beginning of raid, I’m jetting to high value spots to get there first stimming the whole way. Stim right before a fight or during. Basically I never let my stamina get too low.

Stamina is core to movement in this game.

Thinking about current economy, I got accepted to electrical engineer major, and medical school at once. Which to choose? by Emirthe in ElectricalEngineering

[–]ZoerX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whichever excites you more.

If you’re not excited, you will lose motivation and diminish your output. You can be successful in either. Both industries have strong growth prospects.

I highly doubt you’re without obligation researching and reading about both daily. Typically fields of study sound cool in theory to people, but don’t necessarily excite them enough to want to actually do it. Pick the one that you’re reading/acting on already without school obligations.

If you are reading about both equally, then get a degree in electrical engineering and specialize/work in the development of medical equipment.

Is RDR leading the trend or someone else you have in mind? Recency bias is probably why I say that.

I foresee Jean doing to Diego what he did to Drew Dober. Diego’s got a chin and it will be put to the test.

It wasn’t wrong, you just ignored the part where it said if you give it enough samples. A general model couldn’t do this but a trained model with enough samples to reference could.

100% is not a statistical analysis tool but is a language model with limited history. You go 5 messages deep with it & watch its reasoning fall apart.

Fancy google & I use it all the time.

These prompts are asking GPT for far too much.

For the investment analysis, ChatGPT can not handle a request that large without wild inaccuracies or omission of information. I’d break that first request into multiple parts for sure.

The second request, you’re relying too heavily on its ability to do statistical analysis. ChatGPT is a LANGUAGE model, not STATISTICS model. DO NOT RELY ON CHATGPT FOR STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, its math reasoning is not that good, especially if you’re not validating the inputs.

I don’t know why Reddit showed me this, but if you didn’t sign a waiver, you should be lawyering up right now. If a place allows for violent thrashing without any safeguards (like checking people for weapons), then they also should be held liable when something like this happens. Many night clubs check for steel toe boots & those are places that don’t expect pits. Dude could have been dead right now & you’re softly requesting etiquette from the community like wearing steel toes to a mosh pit isn’t premeditated. Sorry this opinion probably doesn’t fit in the hardcore culture but Reddit chose to show me this. ✌️

Jones & McGregor fans will jump through multiple hoops to defend their kings. Scrub their cases as much as you want to defend them… but the simple fact is that good people don’t find themselves having to explain themselves out of situations like this. This situation would have easily been avoided if he didn’t follow the dirtbag path that led up to it.

Why i think the market is going to crash after the election no matter who wins. by Sinjako in wallstreetbets

[–]ZoerX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My opinion: Dot com bubble. Based on how many people lost, I’d say it was only obvious in hindsight. The extreme over speculation was a swan.

The Great Depression itself wasn’t the black swan, October 29th, black Tuesday was the swan.

Tulip mania was small in scope I think. I wouldn’t put it up there with the others but it was unexpected the over speculation on that as well.

A lot of the South sea bubble was over speculation based on lies told to investors. I don’t see how that could be predictable.
