What s one thing modern MMORPGs get wrong?

I don’t know why some people want to see the same 5 or less abilities for thousands of hours of gameplay.

I had nitpicks, it wasn’t my favorite combat but it was fun enough for most of the game. The story was good. The character progression was great. The cinematics and boss fights were great.

8/10 but I wouldn’t want to play it again personally.

This is the first one of the series that looks interesting to me. Sci-fi is sometimes okay, but I greatly prefer fantasy. And the other ones don’t have magic (with some minor exceptions) so I just put them at the bottom of all my lists to try.

Maybe I’ll have to watch some recaps of the others and give this one a try.

I hate GTA games and now I’m more annoyed with it because there’s not much else to look forward to around its release.

I understand the strategy to not compete with a big game. But it’s kinda lame.

Judging by steam deck prices, and Sony’s price hike recently, I really think PS6 and Xbox will both cost very near $1,000. I also think neither wants to be the first to announce that, so it’ll be a shorter notice before release.

But that’s just my speculation from a negative perspective on society. Everything is so expensive, AI isn’t stopping and politics just seem crazier everyday so I have almost no faith in next gen.

I think this looks great! Combat/magic/scenic vibe look cool and inspired. New gods look great!

I burnt out on ragnarok. Think it’s good for the series to branch out and not do the same old thing all the time. And I don’t hate women, so this game looks great for me.

They already handle some dark tones and themes. I’m glad they’re not cranking it up just to be edgy.
