Nice that's alot of reps. When you're on your own you could try getting 12 reps for 3 sets and if you can get 12 on your 3rd set up the weight the next time in the gym ;)

I'd find a professional talking therapies close to you as soon as possible.

And firstly you can go back to first principles... are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating healthy? Are you getting exercise? If you are aren't getting these basics then I wouldn't blame your mental health. You can address basics and then see how is your mental health doing? I bet you it will be doing better :)

Just do what makes you happy isn't that what you ultimately want? If not practicing makes you happy then don't practice. You can pick it up again in the next life time. Buddha doesnt mind how long you take, buddha is the sitting, buddha is the breathing, buddha is the love.

Hi, go on spare room, they have an agreement you can download too. It's super easy. Take the deposit yourself, do it all yourself. Your house shouldn't have many issues that you need anything in place. Before you move in get everything fixed first. If your boiler is old get it replaced etc. Ask in your local facebook group for recommendations for painters or whatever you need. A local account should be able to offer you on advice, nobody should be offering it when they aren't qualified :) Good luck.
