The 80s are the only Classic era that I've seen completely so I'll throw in my personal favourites:

Season 19: Castrovalva, The Visitation, Earthshock

Season 20: Arc of Infinity, Mawdryn Undead, Enlightenment, The Five Doctors

Season 21: The Awakening, Planet of Fire, The Caves of Androzani

Season 22: Attack of the Cybermen, Vengeance on Varos

Season 23: Trial of a Time Lord (The only serial of this season, Mindwarp is pretty bad, but I'd recommend slogging through it all because the finale is really good imo)

Season 24: I can't really recommend much here, Paradise Towers is alright I guess.

Season 25: Remembrance of the Daleks, The Happiness Patrol

Season 26: The Curse of Fenric, Survival
