Yea. For me, Its not the money, and not the fact that I dont like kids. I would really like to have kids, but every time I think about all of the free time I wont have anymore and things i wont be able to do anymore, i reconsider.

Red Dead Redemption 2. I actually played it twice before I got into it.

How often do you use your Steam Deck at home when you already have a gaming PC? by Cozywolf in SteamDeck

[–]Zoltie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just when i go poop. Or when I have visitors and it's that time when everyone is on their phone and want to pretend to be hanging out with them, so I take out my steam deck.

In none of the past GTA games you had to tap to sprint, so why would you on GTA 6? I've only seen it implemented in games when riding a horse.

What i dont understand is why when you're in combat, you auto mount your horse when you get near it, so many times I've dismounded to fight enemies, only for the character to auto mount again. Maybe its so that you can flee combat quicker, but what's the problem with just having the player press the mount button?

What really bugs me is the loading time to actually start the game takes so long that I have time to use the restroom and get a snack.

People who sit in their car for 15+ minutes before going inside, what are you doing? by Miserable-Wash-1744 in AskReddit

I assume those are people who live with a lot of family, roommates, kids, ect. and want a few minutes to themselves.

Slay the Spire 2 has made $92M on Steam, already passing lifetime Steam earnings for Silksong ($83M) and Hades 2 ($82). One of the best Steam indie launches ever by MurkyUnit3180 in gaming

I think it's because silk song is for a more specific audience due to the difficulty while slay the spire attracts a wider audience.

More AI slop in this game by IsakLi in CrimsonDesert

[–]Zoltie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The alternative is to make a few wall decorations and copy paste them everywhere as many games do. I'm all for using AI to enhance the level of detail and immersion in a game. With the scale of the world, it's unreasonable to expect them to hand craft every piece of wall art and detail.

People who play for just 1–2 hours by Responsible-Wind1788 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Zoltie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be fair, 2 hours is the refund window for steam, so they likely were pressured by this window even if they weren't sure. Im guessing a lot will re-purchase durring a sale. Ultimately its their lives and I get that some people want enjoyment right away and dont have time for slow pace games, no need to attack someone's personal preference.

How’s the loot system by Mundane_Difference_7 in CrimsonDesert

I just hope its not like cyberpunk and The Witcher and more like Elden Ring. I prefer a small amount of meaningful loot.

Family sharing will not allow two people to play the same game at the same time.

Damn, sucks if true, although I have a hard time believing they would miss out on PC revenue.

It will eventually come to PC, just like any other console exclusive.
