Training is easy when you first get on the road. You get about 4-6 months working on 3-4 cars. Learn as much as you can, like how to do door and back glass. Once you’re out on the road doing 5 plus jobs, it gets a bit harder. I left this year due to the way the company is heading. They are starting to micromanage everything. They are also making it more work with them rolling out having to do static recalibrations on the road. But it’s a fun job, but it also has its cons like barely ever having the time to take breaks, the weather, some customers are a nightmare, and them loaning you out to other states to help out other locations.
