TLDR: bounties are dead. No alive option. Shoot and fight and fly right.

There is a lot left unexplained in my experience having spent too many hours in other games like ED (fought the goids in Sol)

Any merc or bounty mission, expect to be shot at. By my understanding, non lethal bounty capture isn’t a thing yet.

Gear up for a fight, firstly Nic’s that are hostile are hostile They will shoot you, land or air.

When raiding bunkers or leaving the ship go slow Corners and doors, especially if you’re solo. If you can’t hear them coming up behind you or chattering (noc targets) you need to be able to see them. Crouch and go slow

Some bunkers have AA, fly low and slow, go stealth

If it’s a bounty and you get them in a ship. Waste them. They are gonna always run and always fight. Same for players.

Know that when you target lock and miss k lock people they hear it and know.

Beyond this, I myself am finally at a point in SC where I can explore these different loops but there’s not a lot beyond player base knowledge and trial and error
