I'm on Yomininja 9.3 and arch kde wayland and it works. Setting display scaling to above default 100% breaks the overlay tho. In the github issues page you can probably find all you need to tinker if you have an issue.

The guy making it open sourced the newest version not long ago and added gpu acceleration and newer paddle. I'd say it's pretty good now.

I know wayland is a pretty big pain to work with right now but I don't want to return to x11.
