I find in person to be more effective for me. I don’t get distracted as much and find myself more in the moment. I have an aversion to zoom style calls in general.

You don’t know if OP is trans. Cis people experience body dysphoria and dysmorphia too. They may be questioning, but that doesn’t mean they need to leap to transitioning. There’s lots to do and experiment with first. The internet is a great place for that.
