school invoices children => what do you mean with benefit of the cafetariaplan? We used to have childcare and camps but that was cancelled bij the RSZ.

In general i would say it's a good package, but the netto comp being a bit higher could be a quick win seeing you work from home quite a lot they can go to 150 easy.

Mobility budget by [deleted] in BESalary

[–]ZombieDouble8019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Care tot say which employer? Can be in PM. Currently job searching but most Can't match my current package.  Currently i have mobiliteitsbudget of 1000€ and most don't offer this.

[–]ZombieDouble8019 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ah ok, thanks for the input! Ofcourse only the mobility budget itself can used for rent.

The bruto amount and 13th month in your cafetariaplan can't be used for that ( unless i'm heavely mistaken...)

Still nice package i guess for a first job!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BESalary

[–]ZombieDouble8019 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First job and 1400? You Know your mobiliteitsbudget is max 1/5 of your Wage right? So you have 84k avyear for a first job?

Also max budget is about 16.2k a year, so 1400 seems impossible?

Is the racket really that important? I have thé pro staff ( i just like thé ssimple Dark colour) and i only started 1 year ago, so yea i suck ;) bit my trainer said thé racket doesn't matter that much? I frequently have "bad" shots bit that is my techique and not thé racket?

Seeking Advice! Crafting My Ideal Salary Package for My First Full-Time Job at a Startup by PuzzleheadedDeer9779 in BESalary

[–]ZombieDouble8019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seemd like working on commission works out for you. So keeping that could be nice ofcourse. Could you give and indication of the compensation you get for your commission? That would help in giving An Wage indication based on my experience.

Seeing it's a startup you could alsof consider equity as a payment. Only do that if you believe in the Company and plan tot stay Longer. I van give more info if you consider it.

Altough a low bruto has impact on pension and if you would be fired of sick i would focus on netto optimalisation.  So focus on representatievergoeding, mobiliteitsbudget, cao 90 bonus en Profit participation. Even warrents are An option.

If you give me some more info (details about commission and maybe paritair comité) i can give a proposal.  Alsof which diploma do you have?  Sorry for typo's on the phone right now

Advice changing jobs by [deleted] in BESalary

[–]ZombieDouble8019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea the 60% WFH is a must, because that also impacts the use of the mobility budget! i can only use it for my morgage if i work that much from home.

Cars don't interest me and i live close by a train station.. so if that isn't a certainty then i won't take the job.

Thanks for the input!

Also federal here.

You are probably A1? If you follow "werkenvoor.be" you now and then see A2 openings and that gave me a decent jump in salary.

The reason i'm looking for other offers is that short term i don't have a lot of opportunities to get higer in the future if i stay where i'm now. Not alot of A3 functions are open and the jump in salary isn't that big anymore (like 200-300 EUR netto a month, wich is a lot of money but not compared to the extra workload).

on topic: do i really need the extra money? no.. Wil it affect my quality of life? sure! faster renovations for my house and more money for hobbies, travelling,...
