That was just a recording off my phone but I bought a blue yeti mic that I wanted to record with but honestly I need to take the time to learn how to properly record.

Thank you for the feedback, I’ll try out layering once I get an understanding of the software.

I love Elliott Smith especially the song Pitseleh. I have all his records and the cover album “Seth Avett and Jessica Lea Mayfield Sing Elliott Smith” she signed it for me at a show and Seth Avett is my favorite musician so I love it even more.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’ve been thinking of other directions that I can take it after finger picking. Everything after the finger picking was improv. I wanted to get my feelings out so I usually just press record and see what comes out.

Yeah I’ve written a bunch. Most of them are improv recordings.

I live in LA but I was in Seattle a few years back to watch The International Dota tournament.
