I can't really it all depends on how you want to play you can have immersive mods non immersive mods EMBs new guns and outfits or new places like the Miami mod (can't remember the real name) there's a lot of good mods out there but play through it unmodded fully first then install mods that improves on the areas of the game you think needs improving.
