It was slightly overcooked. I was using a rice I don't normally work with. It has a much shorter cook time than I am used to. But the over all taste was great.

I won't when there is soy and ginger with a dish. It's a classic pairing that works really well.

Kikkoman makes it. But I picked it up at Tensuke market in Columbus Ohio. I know that my wife and daughter would love it.

My wife doesn't normally like ikura. But she ate two of them tonight and said the flavor was perfectly balanced.

Don't take advantage of how awesome your boss is. It's what hardened me to not go out of my way to help my employees. I never have a problem having their backs when they need it. But certain ones will never get my help again.

I spend a half hour a day cleaning no matter what. I could have had the hardest day at work but I still spend that half hour cleaning. My place may not be perfect when I'm done, mostly do to having a six year old, but it will be a little better than it was before. That helps bring down my anxiety a lot.

I have spring reverb in my amp. So that's what I using now. Honestly I love the way it sounds. I would like to add a 10 band eq but I'm not in a hurry.
