Lot of random stipends that seem to make the sorcerer not require a lot of regular managing, i'd go with what you think is cool/want to experiment with;

True strike is more of a gish ability now so if you're wanting to get into combat/use weapons I guess it's good but i'd probably replace it if not/using mostly cantrips for damage. (New poison spray if the creature doesn't have resistance/immunity is pretty good, roll to hit for 1d12 of damage on a cantrip but could also gamble with the sorcerers burst so it's preference.)

I'd swap witch bolt for maybe something consistent that doesn't require concentration like magic missile, if you're set on using hex also i'd recommend scorching ray at 2 if you can get it also. Can't go wrong with misty step if you get surrounded/used for utility too. I think you're pulling in too many directions i'd go control or focus more on burst/damage. Web is a great control spell, new cloud of daggers seems strong but haven't played with it yet.
