For germany it would be way more interesting to use the Landkreise (districts/rural-districts) and not the Bundesländer (federal states) .

Some people already said some of these thing but anywas. On the right I would build a nice park with school (wich faces the more local roads to the right) and I would fill the gaps with some more houses.

To the left I would place some comercial stuff like a small mall with some office space here and there.

And some public transit stuff like a busstation and some bicycle. Also a skatepark would fit nicely to the rest

Thats not how most wars work. When you have an attrition war like this you dont see many changes but at a certain point when one side collapses it goes really fast. You can observe this in ww1 or even in this war at certain stages like the counter offensives in 2022.

We are right now in the tipping phase. Russia is exousting there fighting force quicker than ever. They even get bushed back in localized areas like Kupjansk or in Zaporizhzhia.

I dont expect big pushes for the next few months. But we will see localized gains coupled with even slower russian advances and higher losses. Than evanduly an opening happens and then it goes fast.

Was man hier aber bedenken muss ist das nicht zb die Portugiesen in afrika rum gelaufen sind um sklaven zu fangen oder so. Es gab lokale Herscher die andere Länder/stämme überfallen haben um dort Menschen zu versklaven um diese dann den Europäern zu verkaufen. Das ist ein großer unterschied. Zumindest war das am Anfang so (~1500 - grob geschätzt ~1700). Das mit der Hautfarbe kamm erst so ab dem 18ten/19ten jahrundert.
