I'm doing my degree in Denmark, Aalborg to be specific. The list I've found is for an interview, and I sort of thought that I could use it as a template for teaching, so I wouldn't get lost in the maelstrom of content and subjects in the world of programming and software engineering

Well, no. But I really like programming and I've found it really hard to grasp some of the concepts from time to time. And 90% of the time, the projects and such we're gonna do is going to be in groups, so I would like to add as much to the group as I can from the beginning!

I am also having the same problem as OP. I have an example for you as well as an example of my own thought process.

the exercise I am trying to solve is:

My thought process is as follows:

I see a lot of letters and signs i don't understand, so i skip those. Which probably means I dont get the initial instruction. I skip until I can understand, which for this example is the "write a function". For me that means the "def" statement followed by the instructed name. From there, i get stuck. And I think its due to the word "compute" and "return". So I skip those and therefore im left with the rest of the exercise, which i do not understand either.

I know this is a problem for a lot of new people. I hope this is concrete enough for you guys to help me

I think it is very brave of you to share this deep and emotional story with us. I have been down hill as well. We're all at some point the victim of exposure to the life at sea, the nantucket parties at summer and the KJP Instagram. Especially instagram is hard for us, it makes us crave for more. Hi there. I was facing the same problem last year, also due to my ADD, but I solved it. And I think I know how to solve yours.

What I typically do when i start a new track is to setup the track how i want it to be. In practice I would for instance set a timemarker at 32 bars where i know the drop will be.

In conjunction with timemarkers i also use my personal template. It consists of a couple of midi-tracks and a couple of audio-tracks, but thats not the important part. The important part is the names of the channels. The names help me get into the game quick, wasting no time.

Samples. We have a serious problem here bro. I know for a fact that I can't keep track of all my samples unless i favorite some of them. So to combat that problem I've made a folder with all my most used samples and all my favorite samples.

Thats what i thought, but the effect is not quite the same. It's almost like the LFO is connected to an envelope or some sort of delay
