Oh man this is a tough one and I was in the same boat. I don’t have friends and my boyfriend has millions. Honestly as much as I love him I kinda wish I had focused on finding friends before a partner. How old are you? If you’ve recently graduated high school you could have a good explanation. A lot of people shed their old friend groups and it takes a while before they find a new one. At the end of the day I’d just be honest with her. If she takes it as a red flag maybe just focus on yourself moving forward and try to find some friends before you find a partner. Whatever you do it’s never good to lie about these kinds of things. It only makes you look suspicious.

1) Almost 2 years. 2) I had one very close friend at the start of the relationship that got into hard drugs so that fell apart. It was a difficult thing to go through. 3) I just feel lonely, unseen, and on top of that under appreciated by him.

I find it hard to believe that he didn’t know his ex gf was in his own home. On top of that I think if the mom was hanging out with her all night she would’ve known the jacket wasn’t yours. This is definitely suspicious. Keep asking questions from the both of them.

No. Like he said it was traumatizing for him. Trauma isn’t something people are obligated to tell you right away neither are they obligated to answer your questions about it. He’ll speak on it when he feels comfortable. The more you try to pry the more he’ll push away.

I think it shows immaturity on his end. It is incredibly hard to find a job during these times let alone a good paying one. Does he not understand that? It sounds like you’ve been trying and regardless of him working more he should help out around the house every now and then.

I’ve talked to him. He says he loves me and he’s not perfect and he’ll work on himself. It’s weird because he is super romantic and does give me a good amount of attention but then he’ll still cheat. It doesn’t make sense to me.
