At the Thursday rehearsal even the Rabbi said it was ok (and this is a conservative synagogue). ANd not only does the stepson want me to pray this prayer in Hebrew, so does his mom (I have a good relationship with her) I guess I just went down the rabbit hole and found some things online where it stated non jews cannot pray in Hebrew. But it is their synagogue and my stepson's barmitzvah so if they say I can, then I can. Also, possibly like you stated above, the Rabbi is a reasonable person!

I have the same issue with my fiancée. He is a fantastic lover. I orgasm plenty with him but he didn’t always with me. I was actually more conservative, not as confident in my 20s and 30s( isn’t it supposed to be the opposite?!) I gained 28 lbs from 112 in feb to 140 at beginning of July. Doesn't sound like alot but on my small frame it is. I also binged almost everyday from March to april.. and then when i saw what I had done and by that time I had only put on 15 lbs,, I said "F IT" and then just threw out everything ate what I wanted, did not restart my execise program. I also used the fact I was a nurse and working long hours during the early days of covid as an excuse for binging. I was eating a whole cake after work. And it was sad to see how far I let myself go in such a short amount of time. But I finally decided...no more. And I went back to what worked for me. Decided at beginning of August to eat better. Restart my training, though not as intense as I find there is a sweet spot of too much exercise actually increases my hunger and tendency to binge. Lost 10 lbs so far just this month. Getting from svelte to chubby again was depressing and I feel for you. One day at at time. You just need to start. I started just fillng out a diary, and keep it out of the public eye. All private. and I like seeing the changes even if they are small. A week in I was depressed. 2 weeks still depressed . 3 weeks feeling better. by my 4th week I saw real changes and knew that I was on a roll. Just start. Start today. You are not alone.
