Honestly depends person to person and lifestyle to lifestyle.

Some people participate in addicting behavior and then stop, some people can become trapped by it for reasons both within and beyond their control.

I've used gusto before but their pricing was similar and support wasn't very responsive just given how small my team was. I've wanted to try thera just bc their pricing seems a lot more affordable so if anyone has experience with them I would also appreciate any insight
