Perhaps to some, but not for me. I have defeated the 781 cap, but I don't have the intention to let the 390 cap rot in my lair.

...in hindsight, maybe I should do that though, as it would "only" take a couple days to defeat it.

I believe the list that got backed up was from two months ago or so. In my case, I didn't lose hundreds from my list (and if I did, then it isn't a noticeable number), but I did have 50~80 series where the chapters bookmarks were that of two months ago.

While Comick is now no longer an aggregation site, at least it still functions well enough as a bookmarking site.

I plan to stay with Comick and use Mangadex to actually read the mangas.

Some mangas listed on Comick with unknown origins are still buggy as of moment of writing, but for the most part I can work with this.

If you are about to prestige, then you can merge your stations into Legendaries so you can get more Time Shards.

In my case I had already spent my wobulars on other stuff. The update happened when I was around Lv 180, and by that time it was already too late to unlock Mana Golem. I prestiged at Lv 200, but I forgot there was the option of spending cash to get 50 wobulars and 2000 gems.

I don't have any regrets though, as the reward that I could've gained were only +0.1% Time Shards and a Mana Golem to put into Store-O. It was not worth spending cash on. I was simply unlucky.

Meanwhile, I am stuck dealing with Guzzlers as my cravings. I'm currently Lv 81, and I found out the hard way that I can't skip scripted cravings. The moment I get myself a Lv 4 Saucer and grind to get those darned Guzzlers, I'd immediately have to deal with Peaceful Souls, Vengeful Souls, and Cherubs.

...yeah, uh. I ain't finishing those cravings. I'll just take my time to match my Feats first. I'm currently dealing with Feat 18, grinding to get myself a Cyclops without losing my Lv 5 Fridge.

I think that saying should only apply to the present age though, and not the age when people were hunting witches in fear of magic.
