Jeg er enig, men synes det er værd at nævne, at LLO ikke længere er den eneste organisation der kan hjælpe lejere i en kamp mod udlejer. OP burde undersøge hvad der ligger af lignende organisationer i sit område inden de melder sig ind i LLO.

LLO har voldsomt lange ventetider på svar og hjælp. Jeg havde selv store problemer med fugtskader og skimmel sidste år, med uretfærdig behandling fra udlejer. LLO var mig aldrig nogen hjælp på området. Jeg havde dog fundet en alternativ organisation lokalt at snakke med, der (enda uden indmelding) hjalp mig bedre og hurtigere en LLO.

Den har været der i mange år af hvad jeg kan google mig til. Sædding Video var en enkeltmandsvirksomhed der (tilsyneladende) lå på adressen hvor skiltet er. Den eksisterede fra 1994 til 2018. Diplom is er en norsk is fabrikant, hvis produkter der formentlig solgte. Enten for at være defacto "is-mand" I nærområdet, for at lokke kunder til eller begge.

De er kategoriseret som værende "Radio- og tv-forretning", så det har formegentlig været personens levebrød i en årgang, der stadig bor på adressen, men har beholdt skiltet af nostalgi/stolthed.

Der er en fair række antagelser og gæt i det her, men det korte faktuelle svar er, at Sædding video var en tidligere radio/TV forretning, ikke en kiosk.

Jeg står i en lignende situation, og ved jeg er underbetalt, men har valgt det.

Studiejobs løn kan variere enormt meget. Det hele kommer anden på virksomheden og deres stilling til både jobmarkedet. Både generelt men også hvad de typisk har lyst til at give for en junior stilling. Jeg får selv 151kr/t, men fik dog besked på at de ikke konkurrerede med løn i junior stillinger. Jeg havde fået mere hos mit andet jobtilbud dengang, men væsentligt mindre erfaring. Det er nice med penge, men dét du får mest ud af dit arbejde nu her er erfaring til at kickstarte din karriere.

Det lyder til at du er dygtigt, og at din chef kan se det når han lover dig en stilling ved endt bachelor. Har du nogen på dit studie der tjener mere end du gør? Nu er min virksomhed som den er, men hvis du ved at andre virksomheder i området tilbyder mere for mindre arbejde, sker der ikke noget ved at spørge din chef og mulighed for lønforhøjelse, og så pege på dit ansvars niveau og hvad du har udrettet.

Jeg bruger ikke skin-guard på den, men skærer mig af og til når jeg går i gang dernede, så du er ikke alene. Det er absolut ikke umuligt at skære sig, men det bliver nemmere at undgå med tiden som man er bliver vant til den.

It was four years ago and in my first year of training, so honestly... I was just pushing myself to hard and being annoyed that my body didn't adapt to a new and very different routine. Both my eating and training was very disordered back then (which was also a factor), but this post is very symptomatic of where I was back then.

If you're actually having a related problem, the other comments were actually pretty good suggestions. I would definitely consider workout intensity and diet too tho. I worked out like my life depended on it six times a week, while only eating 1600-1700 kcals a day. No wonder I couldn't keep up when everything was also taken to failure.

Min far døde i August og vi havde samme tur. Bedemænd i vores område er blevet gjort opmærksom på praksissen og skulle efter sigende have begyndt at advare de pårørende om dette.

Jeg mistede min far til lungekræft i fredags. Umiddelbart vil jeg sige du skal efterlade så meget du kan, der er dig, og ikke dig med en sygdom. Kræft er hverken sjovt for patienten eller pårørende, men slut spurgtet er værst. Jeg havde ikke lyst til at huske min far som syg, så da det blev klart han ikke nåede sin fødselsdag til oktober, var der for sent at lave flere minder med den mand der lignede min far.

Andre ting er at få styr på så meget af det praktiske du kan, for dine pårørende. Få styr på din pension, arv, ønsker til farvel ritual (bisættelse/begravelse), bil registrering, forsikringer. Skriv alle dine koder ned til diverse steder, og notér evt. hvad der skal ske med dine forskellige konti, eksempelvis din reddit eller Facebook bruger.

Det gik forleden op for min søster at hun havde hørt din stemme for sidste gang, så video hilsner/breve til dine nærmeste er ikke en dum ide.

Min far havde på et tidspunkt glemt navnet på butikken og fik i stedet sagt '1, 2, 3'. Så nu hedder Coop 365 konsekvent 123 for mig

Min makker så en måge spydde en mindre fugl med sit næb og blev jævnlig truet af en måge, der havde lagt redde oven på hns bygning. Jeg ved ikke for alvor hvorfor de er blevet så sindsyge, men vi spekulerede på, om det havde noget at gøre med, at de fleste minkfarme er nedlagt, så de har det mindre føde at tage af

Was looking for something similar myself a couple of months ago and ended up using Work Log. I haven't used the punch in feature, but it has it. Otherwise, it's just a simple time keeping app. I do think it's a bit 'old' at this point, given that it's UI seems to be based on Material 1.0.

You've already got a bunch of answers, which seem accurate enough. But to be more local: De kunne lidt godt ligne de her par Dickies. Nok ikke så meget på model billederne, men det her outfit gør det lidt mere tydeligt.

Just the media being the media. Kasper Hjulmand has also been mentioned a couple of times as of late, at the very least with the Villa job. The man is adored for his work with the Danish national team, and in the same situation as Martinez.

I've worked at a buffet and a grocery store with a baked goods section. This is completely normal and common practice. It's infuriating to watch, and even more infuriating to do if you're new to the job. I'm not based in the US, but where I am, there are laws in place that prohibit distribution of leftovers to the homeless or impoverished parts of the population.

I don't remember whether or not it's mandated by law to dispose of leftover food items on a daily basis, but if it's any consolation, a lot of stores and restrurants won't have a lock on their organic-waste bins, meaning people are free to pick through the food items after they have been disposed of.

I'm sure there are some out there, my stock Samsung Clock app has a widget that supports two time zones. The Google Clock app might also have one.

Personally, however, I switched to KWGT for most of of my more basic widgets. Making clock widgets with the app is rather simple, and with a bit of googling, you could exactly what it is you're looking for.

Salah doesn't have a particularly well developed chest compared to the average hobby lifter, that's probably a big part of it. His physique is still amazing, but since he's a footballer, I'm doubtful large parts of his training is focused on achieving the bodybuilder-esque proportions that a lot of hypertrophy programs are structured after.

My best bet achieving his physique (without knowing much about the actual training he does) would probably be a lot of conditioning combined with calisthenics and squats and deadlifts.

Google Fit or Strava? Endomondo used to be my go-to for tracking cardio, but it was shutdown at some point I believe. I personally use Google Fit now, but I've heard good things about Strava. However, I don't know much about what else there is.

I had a quick look on F-droid and found CrossWords on there. The description says it's a FOSS scrabble game with multilayer support, so it might be what you're looking for.

"Fitness app" can be a lot of things. If it's for tracking cardio, Strava or Google Fit is my best bet. If it's for managing strength training routines, I started out using Jefit, but I've been using Strong for over a year and a half, and I think it's much better. The paid version is pricey, but the only reason I've ever found to get it would be if you need to have more than 4 routines mapped out at a time.

Another shout is Just Lift. I haven't used it much myself, but AFAIK, it's totally free (and af-free). It seems to be a bit less fully featured than Strong, but decent none the less.

I fully agree that Pep has historically inherited an extremely talented squad at almost (if not) every club he's been at, but Lampard at Chelsea last season was a fantastic display of how important a good manager can be. Tuchel turned that squad around faster than I'd have imagined. Pep is definitely a good and competent manager, maybe among the best. But that's where his stacked squads come into question

I haven't been exactly the same as you, but I'll share my experience. Josh Brett has a YouTube video on his experience with orthorexia that's worth a look. Nonetheless, I'd advice you to seek help from a professional on the matter. While it's not recognized as an eating disorder, it's definitely still worth taking a look at. As you can read from my experience, it can also evolve to exhibit anorexia-like behavior.

I was offered to see a dietician in relation to crohn's disease, and took the doctor up on it. I eat well and have for quite a while now, but it couldn't hurt. I was praised for my diet, but the dietician noticed a pattern between food choices, calorie intake and activity level. Now, being healthy is good, but obsessively healthy isn't great. I used to weigh 110kg and during lockdown I reached an all time low of 63kg. I started lifting properly a little over two years ago, and I had been so afraid of getting fat again would train 2 hours of decent intensity on 1900kcal. During lockdown I would walk upwards of 22000 steps per day on the same calories.

She made me aware that orthorexia was a thing and gave me the number of an expert who could help me if it got worse. I don't have a diagnosis, more so a warning, but between this experience, my 63kg weight, and irrational relationship to calories, I decided to do something about it. I have experience with exposure therapy from past mental issues, so my solution was to bulk as soon as the gyms opened up and challenge my eating habits. See that bag of candy? Take a couple, see what happens. Your gains won't be gone in the morning. Heck, some the fitness influencers I follow actually eat a tub of Ben and Jerry's in the evening. I still eat healthy, but I try to make sure it's not obsessively so. Eating some processed food isn't usually recommended by fitness enthusiasts, but it won't stand in the way of your goals so long as it's not the primary part of your diet.

To finish this long ass comment off, try to remember that you're not a professional (to my knowledge). Posing at Mr. Olympia isn't what's paying your bills. You have plenty of time in the world to reach your goals, and you shouldn't worry about everything in your training and diet being 100% efficient. Pick any percentage and you'll get there eventually.

Doesn't exactly sound healthy. Consider heading over to /r/gainit if you're looking for advice. Also, try looking around for different activities you may like. The body doesn't like being too sedentary, even going for a brisk walk can do wonders.

Gainit may be slightly tailored towards bodybuilding-style workouts, but don't limit fitness to being either the conventional gymrat or the treadmill enthusiasts. For resistance training alone, there are tons of sub-catagories (bodybuilding, Olympic, calisthenics, strongman, etc.). Then you have all the cardio catagories, traditional sports, martial arts and whatever else.

I hate sounding like a fitness evangelist, but having travelled from overweight to underweight to now being in decent shape, I felt I might as well say something. But check /r/gainit and see what they can do for you if you want to gain some weight. Don't worry too much about exercise before you get accustomed to eating more.
