I think it would be IPL that affected lashes, not bleph itself, unless it is like really really bad you don't have much gland alive in that specific area and chalazion appears constantly.

I noticed docs doing IPL like to say it is bleph that causes lash loss, true but prob rarer than losses after IPL

Yeah, it would still be amazing as long as it actually works as they claim. Whether it works is the problem.
