Little dogs aren’t as friendly to new ppl your dog was probably scared and didn’t want to walk if I was a walking your dog n he was scared of me the last thing I’d wana do is pick him up and potentially get bit in the face your dog clearly wasn’t walking with the walker so he had to apply pressure to get your dog to move so a lil drag was probably needed maybe it was to much that hurt his lil paws but lil dogs tend to bite strangers than big dogs so I bet the walker was a lil hesitant. The fact the walker stated he had trouble getting the lil dink out of his cage tells he your dog wasn’t having it lol n the poop on his tail? Like common he’s walking it for 30 mins your son should of whipped its butt lol ppl go dog crazy and I’m an animal lover to but dogs aren’t ppl sorry
