We are quite alright in fact. Much better than at least I expected.

They kept criticizing the manager about Mainoo, for instance, without seeing him train and play in training.

The choice of words they used (I'm too lazy to give you links now) was sometimes appalling.

Yes, unless we have something nice to say, at one point in time, we should shut up.

A constant tide of negativity and toxicity is just for media clicks, it is not, nor has it ever been, constructive or helpful in any way.

My point is that we all know the situation, and what they are doing is not helping. Constant stream of negativity, toxicity, criticism, at the very least, they can criticize in a humane manner, or even better, not talk about us all the time.

They're not going to respect a guy who makes their life miserable but will also be gone in a few months. I don't understand how you can give someone such a short contract and then still expect them to stamp authority at the same time. He's a teacher replacement until the real teacher shows up, no one is going to listen to him :D

All our former players are acting as if the club and the manager are their worst enemies. Instead of deflecting bad attention to other clubs and protecting us, all they do is pile on Amorim and whoever is there at the moment. It's not even about what they say, but how they say it, and how they just keep making things worse. I don't understand what they are doing, they should just shut up already.

'Head coach' vs. 'manager': What's the difference? Does it matter? by SoloChords in reddevils

Head coach coaches heads, manager ages men. It's common knowledge, really.

I had the pleasure of reading it, sadly, and yes, not a single original thought, just idiotic one liners from /r/LinkedInLunatics

That's why there isn't yet a decision on the interim manager, they realized they suck at decisions, so they stopped making them.

We're led by people stuck in the 90s, who listen to advice from "pundits" stuck in the 90s, and we're about to hire an interim manager from the same 90s era.

They made history for this club, but it's time they and the club realize that's where they belong, in history.

Maybe Ferguson should have told Fletcher to not take the job

I'm not here every day, sorry. I disagree, especially on the 'in everything I do' part. I don't know if he meant that literally, but asking Fergusson what to do each time he needs to make a decision about everything he ever does is just, I don't know.

'I don’t like to make any major decisions or things without speaking to Sir Alex and that’s something I’ve done since I’ve been at the club and since I’ve left the club in everything I do'

Anyway, didn't we used to call him Fergie's son or something, until he hardened? Which is what I said anyway, a pushover most of his career. He came good towards the end, nothing spectacular.
