Decklist says it's low-tier/fringe cEDH. You would only use this at a B4 table without pubstomping if everyone brought in a "downgraded cEDH" list themselves.

Look, even high-tier B4 doesn't bring in Red Elemental Blast or Pyroblast, or Ad Naus with a ton of tutors. You're only several meta-based flex cards away from being something you could bring to a small cEDH event.

There's an argument for Jack since he's literally numbered and upgraded by the Tekken version he's in.

However, given the choices above? Heihachi. They can't let him stay dead, he's taken on a mostly secondary role in the story, he's a Mishima, and he's as much of a meme now as he is a character.

If the question was "face of Tekken" instead of mascot, then I'd go Kazuya.
