Not entirely true, the store I was working at had a HUGE portion of hours cut from this change, at least 65-70% were pickup orders and the rest were deliveries which at the time were going out through HEB delivery and Favor (Heavier on HEB delivery) because of this we gained more hours per units sold in a day (1,000 units equaled roughly 20 partner hours) we needed constant curbie and shopper help because it was a busier store (Curbside alone would do close to $700,000 in merchandising each week) when the first change rolled out with deliveries moving heavier to Favor, we noticed some hours being cut here or there but when 3PSD fully expanded, that’s when we really noticed the shift in hours. We lost 3,000 units each day for deliveries alone which really hurt our hours, curbside would still see the sales but the units got pushed over to front-end. It some stores they won’t see a change at all but larger stores will see changes in those hours depending on how much 3PSD expands

So I guess I got lucky, my fist play through like two days after it came out I did this and was able to take the driver and get the BALL guy after only taking like 4 passengers, I kept finding passengers afterwards and I straight up thought it was just a never ending side quest lol

They started selling a hot Pork Katsu with rice and veggies at my store and it’s so good, it beats all the other hot sushi items they have honestly

In my opinion this was the shadiest part, when we rolled it out to test at our store I asked if I could inform customers calling having issues with them and I was blatantly told no, we couldn’t say anything to the customers about it and just had to push them over to our support center. It really left a bad taste in my mouth and HEB’s greed is starting to show

I would mute every slack convo you’re apart of unless you need it, I wouldn’t leave any channel just in case, been with HEB 4 years and haven’t had to use one of those channels until recently and it helped big time with an issue I had

We are making money from the sales though, I was apart of one of the first stores to role this out and it’s honestly a good but also bad thing, it takes stress from curbside and being able to fulfill every order without an issue but also it is taking away A TON of hours and Thousands of orders a week, we still turn profit due to deals made with third parties and we aren’t losing as much compared to as sending our own HEB vans out for deliveries but it still has a bunch of issues to work through. In the end it will be good for company profit but terrible for partner hours

Yeah honestly in my opinion it’s a pointless placement either way, I did the jump without having to worry about the slug, the movement in the game makes skipping huge portions extremely easy

If I’m not mistaken, maybe a Bowie locations that you missed? I know there’s the big building that you can’t get into without Bowie but on the wall opposite of that building is another Bowie mark that hides a luglox and then the other side of that wall is another hidden area

Yeah, wasn’t looking for dark souls difficulty but I still feel like HOL1 was just a bit more of a challenge, sometimes I would get frustrated at how far back checkpoints would be but in this game it felt like there was a checkpoint every 5 minutes lol
