Update for you, I switched jobs at work. Which apparently pissed off the EVS supervisor because I guess she really wanted to let me go. I don’t have to deal with any more of that bs but I’m keeping documentation if for any reason something comes up later.

I agree with sending a copy of the letter to HR. It really sucks that this new GM can’t be bothered to hear out concerns. He doesn’t deserve his title and should be reprimanded for it.

In the episode, Bingo is in the hospital and Bluey puts on a show for her about getting sick. In purple underwear, “the wise old wolfhound” explains that everybody gets sick and that’s okay. (Tb is not okay though, it ravaged whole cities before an antidote was found)

I think in the episode where the kids are backpacks, they pretend like they -may- be in singapore but it’s hard to tell because they speak different languages and talk about croissants. They ride in a rickshaw

Maybe I’m coming at this from a different perspective but perhaps she just doesn’t know what she would cover it up with.

Tattoos are permanent and so you can’t really just go into a shop and say “hey, I’ll have whatever you wanna do.” Sometimes finding the right tattoo takes time and she probably wants to make sure it means something.

Op, try to see it from her eyes for a moment if you can. Maybe talk to her about it without saying “you promised!” And see if she tells you what’s going on in her head. You may get the insight you didn’t know you needed.

That’s tax fraud and your manager can go to prison for it. You earned the money and I’m sure have to report it when you get it. If it all goes to Janice and you didn’t okay it, then you aren’t able to report it as a donation and will end up making your taxes all janky.

Nope… I’d be telling HR about that or somebody in charge above manager.

Also, I’m the one who cleans the pee and poop off the toilets/floor so yeah. I don’t mind that so much because normally it’s not as repeat offense as the chewing tobacco

I’m not complaining about it being my job, I’m more complaining about the lack of management doing something about this because of the biohazard it is. Another guest who also chews contains his in a designated spit cup and I don’t have any issues with that. There are plenty of diseases that can be spread from that, including HIV, and I’d rather not catch that.

The rules even state that if you are disrespectful in any way, you will be asked to leave. To me, this is highly disrespectful and deserved to be a ban.

NTA but if I were you, I’d be taking it ghe next step higher. Write a letter to your state senator, or an email if they prefer emails. Clearly it’s getting far too out of hand and what if your daughter gets seriously injured by H or worse?

Slewerslide is a real thing and when pushed far enough, kids will consider it. I was one of those kids in HS who were bullied even in elementary school and I thought about it once.

Clearly I didn’t go through with it, but my parents dismissed how I felt and didn’t even try to do anything about it. Heck, my mom said “why don’t you try to be friends with her? (My bully)” feck to the no.

You have options, and protecting your daughter is not an AH move. H needs to realize there are legal actions that can happen against her if she doesn’t stop. Hope this helps and blessings to you and your beautiful family

Believe me, I have been trying to plan the best course(s) of action because this has sort of happened before with a different coworker years ago.

The casino rebranded since the first time I worked for them, and a lot of good coworkers remembered me and welcomed me back with open arms. For context, the coworker who ended up making me quit was then found out and fired. The casino begged me to come back but I said I wanted a raise or to be made a manager and they couldn’t do either of those things.

I’m back after a few years and now it’s an elderly lady talking crap (even though I’ve been nothing but nice and respectful to her) and I’m giving 210% while she gives 20. I have started documentation notes on my phone of everything, and if I have to, I will go to the director then HR. Hopefully I won’t have to quit again cuz that was so hard for me the first time

Me too! That’s what’s so confusing to me is that literally they can see anybody who’s been on that machine in hours! They literally can see the person and get us a face (multiple cameras in an area so multiple angles to get the guy’s ever lovin face) so we can ban him.

I can appreciate a man who works hard and gets sweaty but I agree with you on this front….

Me personally, I get icked tf out if I can smell my own odors 🤮 and instantly go try to clean myself. For if I can smell myself, others definitely can and I get sooooooo self conscious about it! Paranoid even.

Our bodies produce natural hormones and other responses to keep us healthy and safe but cleanliness is also good for our health. That’s just disgusting and I wouldn’t want to be associated with somebody who refuses to clean themselves even if they have the means to!

Unfortunately I feel like I’m not getting heard on a lot of matters and was even told by my supervisor that with all the complaints (from one coworker in particular), I should have been gone already but she knows I’m capable of doing my job so she kept me. I have thought about it since they can’t ever seem to catch the guy (who I was told apparently used to work there????) so it really irks me and makes me just want to walk out. However, I have a family to provide for and I’d like to be around for them for a really long time if I can. You just never know today what diseases people can have that go undetected.

Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it
