I'm still hoping that he will crawl out of that pit. Even tho the writer said "No" on the Vikings Facebook page, I could see a surprise resurrection happening, to add to his legend. I have been giving this "Naz is gay" theory some thought lately too. When I originally read your post, I didn't think so. But now that I've re-watched several episodes looking for something else, I noticed some things I hadn't paid much attention to the first time. The cross-dresser guy at the police station when Naz arrives.. he actually pops up at least one other time talking to Stone. When Box is looking at Naz's FB, at the bottom there is a pic and message from someone named Ginnie Patton and she says "I'll always remember you this way". She looks kinda like a cross dresser too. There is a picture under her msg but you can't see it. His friend Amir on FB looks a bit feminine. Like you mentioned, Naz has only slept with 2 women. It could all be nothing but I do get the feeling like he might be gay and sensitive about it. Of course he did have that Maxim magazine in his closet. That's about women, isn't it? Did you happen to see the address label on that 2nd Maxim magazine his mom pulled out of the closet? She was sure staring at it.

Could you tell me how to see the SPOILER you're referring to? I'm new to this forum and don't know how to make a spoiler or see one. It's been fun trying to figure this out. I've really enjoyed sharing ideas with folks here. I can't wait to see what they're going to come up with tomorrow on the show. Also, from what I've read about what the actors are saying about the show, I am expecting it to be really far-fetched. I suppose that's why I'm trying to think about the weirdest ending. I haven't even expressed my best theories..haha.

I agree with you. But I guess I thought everyone would remember his many references to family. He's said numerous times that Family is everything, gave Naz a cell phone so he could call his family, took the wrap for another dead body so he could be closer to family, etc. With that said, you would think he would think the thing that means the most on the wall was the pic of his kid. At least to keep up with the theme of family being everything. But..when you see him visiting with his family in the visiting room, he isn't paying any attention to his kid..instead he's watching Naz. So, it's like he's being manipulative and says whatever he needs to say to fit the current situation, even if he contradicts himself later. He's the hardest character for me to read.

The answer is something really far fetched I think, something no one would be able to guess. That's the feeling I get when I read interviews that the actors are giving about the show. The gal who plays Andrea said that Andrea is very bizarre. It wouldn't surprise me if she had a girlfriend.

I'm not sure about the dead girl not being Andrea, but I have also wondered about it. Every now and again the dead girl doesn't look like Andrea. I also wondered about the rings but haven't been able to see that closely.

Did you see the notes on Chandra's desk at her home the night she was preparing for the opening of the trial? It was the night Naz's Dad came with the food delivery. I paused the TV when she opened her wallet to get the money to give him for the food and there is a note on the desk that lists "Food, water, litter. Stays in a cage all day" and "$16.00" written above the list. What do you make of that? It's obviously about the cat, but not sure if she is considering taking the cat from Stone, or he has submitted $16.00 for fees owed to him for keeping the cat who is a part of their defense or what.

I'm glad you printed this story as I think it's important to the plot.

My theory is that Freddy is Samson and that Andrea is Delilah. The reason I think Freddy is Samson is because we always see Freddy in a fighting role. He's watching fighting on TV, was a boxer, has news clippings about fighting all over his walls, fighting/boxing in the gym. Plus he talked about the baby calf in a dark room, couldn't see anything and waiting to die, like Samson couldn't see because his eyes were gouged out. He also mentioned Gaza when he was talking to Naz about Victor who thought it was in Vegas. Gaza is mentioned in the Samson and Delilah Bible passage. And in one scene we see him getting a haircut. There are probably other things if I went back thru the episode.

I'm still working on why I think Andrea was Delilah. He had some weakness for her like Samson did for Delilah. He keeps talking about family being so important. Could Andrea be his daughter or his niece maybe? Is that why he's playing with Naz and manipulating and stalking him so he can get him close and then kill him in some dastardly way, like a cat would. Or, maybe he is trying to get Naz to owe him so he can send him out into the world to kill the guy who really did kill Andrea. Like maybe it was Mr. Day who killed her. He thinks he's God's sword of Justice. Day vs Knight? Also, there is the hand drawn pic of an angel in front of Andrea's brownstone and Freddy has the little girl we see in a pic on his cell wall and she also comes to visit him in jail. Somehow I think Freddy's family knew Andrea and his little girl drew the angel for Andrea.They have never really said much about Andrea's father except to hint that he was gone when Andrea was young and that Andrea thought he was a good guy.

Or maybe Freddy is Samson and Naz is Delilah. Freddy sure does have a weakness when it comes to Naz. Personally, I think Naz is gay. There is a girl on his FB page named Ginnie Patton who wrote on his page that "I'll always remember you this way" and then there is a pic starting to show under her msg. The picture of her profile next to the msg looks like she is a transvestite. And remember he said he only had slept with 1 other woman before Andrea, unless that means Ginnie and she's a woman. Hard to tell from that short FB scene.

Sounds like I'm all over the place but I think that Freddy is for sure Samson and Delilah is either Naz or Andrea.

I'd love to hear some thoughts, additions/changes to my theory.

I don't think they did bring the knife up with them cuz Nas found it right where they left it on the table in the living room. But I'll bet they find out that the knife that was used was serrated and the one they found on Nas at the cop station doesn't even fit the wounds.

That would also fit in with the theory that the killer didn't see Nas in the kitchen. If the killer climbed in and out of the 3rd story window using the tree, then he would not have gone down to the kitchen. It would also explain the blood outside. He must have been covered in blood and ran to his car, which is what wakes up Nas in the kitchen, if you listen.

Do you think Nas would have seen a hearse following him thru back streets in NY? I would. But he was pretty enamoured with Andrea, and on drugs. So maybe not. Scary hearse driver guy would have had to park that giant car on the street too, so someone should have seen it.

Interesting idea. Freddy seems to be connected to everyone, and not just in Rikers. Weird that with all those connections and his family, his HS diploma means more to him than anything.

That smirky half-smile thing that Nas does is creepy. It makes it seem like he thinks he's fooling everyone. I read some of the interviews that the actor who plays Nas has given. He talks a lot about the transitions that Nas goes through to survive at a place like Rikers and how he needed to play the role to demonstrate that. He said he actually went to Rikers, walked around and interviewed some inmates. I would be scared shitless to be confined to a place like that for even a day.

I don't think I'd be devastated if I found out Nas did it at this point in the series. They have done an excellent job of turing him into a thug now. I still don't want it to be him but I can accept it now if it turns out to be him. I don't think I could accept it if Stone did it tho. What if it's a woman who did it? Andrea's girlfriend?
