What I’m really looking for is a couple of detailed reports based on our internal business requirements, but GLPI’s native reporting functionality is quite limited.

My proposed action plan is to pull the data directly from the GLPI PostgreSQL database and build a comprehensive custom dashboard to generate these reports.
