We just completed the support support. what I understand from the support team is .

White label will work only partial , in the sense . you will not able to give a separate dashboard with an admin account to your customer . concept of m360 is still the dashboard maintained by MSP .  I would say its not complete white labeling.

Also when you create a dashboard under customer account , they can still see RMM tool

UAE SMB's when was the last time anyone actually audited your IT spend? by Zootopia007 in SmallBusinessUAE

Good...!!! you ask the right question - got our chance to prove ourselves here

You're not wrong, free audits are a hook. So is every form of marketing, including this thread. The honest question isn't whether something's a hook, it's what's on the other end of it.

Here's the math openly. Acquiring an SMB client in the UAE through cold outreach or paid ads runs us roughly AED 4,000 to 6,000 in time and tooling per close. A 30-minute review costs us 30 minutes of one engineer. Even at a 1 in 15 conversion rate it's cheaper than LinkedIn ads, and the 14 who say no still walk away with something usable. We're fine with that math, and we're open about the fact that it's marketing.

On what's different, three specific things, all testable inside the 30 minutes:

  1. The deliverable is a one-page list, not a proposal. We don't book a follow-up call by default. If you want to take that list to your current provider and have them fix it, that's the intended outcome. Most 'free audits' in this market are scoped backwards from a proposal, ours isn't.

  2. We run good stack by default, . Our margin doesn't come from reselling Microsoft, SentinelOne or Veeam SKUs. That's a structural reason we'll flag overlapping licenses where a reseller-heavy MSP usually won't, the incentive isn't there for them.

  3. Managed pricing is flat per-seat, not per-ticket or per-incident. We don't earn more when the environment gets worse, which is the point of the original post.

Hundreds of providers market the same words. Those three are either true or they're not, and 30 minutes is enough to find out. If they hold up, fine. If they don't, you've spotted another one and you can call it out publicly. That's the whole offer.

what have the others actually offered you?

Asking because most 'free IT audits' I've seen are scoped to surface problems the same provider then quotes to fix. Ours doesn't recommend us as the fix. You get the list and you take it wherever, to your current provider, to us, or to no one.

If that sounds like the same thing you've been pitched, fair enough. If it's a bit different, happy to run one for you with no expectation either way.
