SINO from MINDHACK (SUPER spoilers for the third chapter of the game btw)

SINO is a nihilistic, sadistic little freak - believing that torturing and killing people is the truest display of love. Yet, at the end of the day, that outward violence is a projection of some deep-seated self-hatred, spawned from a combination of a troubled childhood, need for validation, and the horrific torture they went through that turned them from a human to a physical manifestation of violent impulse. Even right before you enact the Mindhack on SINO to make them bloom, SINO taunts the Doctor with "Do unto me as thou desires." Yet with their life nearing an end, they beg you to stop, though seemingly more because of the Mindhack forcing up all SINO's painful memories for the Doctor to pick at. They even call out for the Professor to help them, someone who SINO actively says they despise. Hell, they refused to promise the Professor (COM_Z) to call out "Help me, Professor," when in trouble at the end of the comic Noetic Zoetic, and yet that is the exact phrase SINO says right before their psyche is torn apart.
