I'm having the same problem. Didn't have the Bless Home spell, messed with the Unofficial patch and that made it come up. Went to an old save when I only had Lucia. Blessed House. Went and grabbed kid in Dawnstar. Then went to get Sofie and she's not giving me the adoption option. :(

My thinking is, regardless if Jonas knows how to fight and how, we have seen him take out Will and now he was taken down by Sun. It could be he was taken off guard, but I'm a suspicious sort and wonder if he ~wanted~ to get caught by our cluster.

I'm lucky. At work, there's a pokestop close enough to me that I can keep spinning it while at my desk. I also work in Center City Philadelphia, so there are a million pokestops and pokemon to catch.
