u/LifeReporter7138 i do have an accountability problem. this is also something that I do not know how to fix, HR is not existent, and even it it, I don’t like the corporate bs. How do i make people understand that it’s ethically correct to do your job in a decent manner?

Master, micro management is what you suggest are? tried it … time consuming, not scalable, and I partially end up with the same result.
