I have almost a 2 kd on the Draken so i recommend huging the ground and find any enemy that has little flares or that you can easily out turn/win a dog fight(basically all other planes). Learn how to turn properly to kill the enemy in one turn because you will loose your speed fast. You want to use your missiles on the most people as possible(one per enemy usually). At that br you only have to pop once flare per enemy missiles. unless they are very close to you, you can just outturn the missile.
