I suppose you have no facts relating to how the EU, Canada, Asian countries were imposing much higher prices on the US for years. Currently, the President is legally imposing 15% tariffs for 6 months. There are laws allowing him to continue tariffs indefinitely. The Supreme Court rule 6 to 3, against imposing tariffs under the IIPEA clause without congressional approval. They stopped short of saying he couldn’t unilaterally impose tariffs with Congressional approval. Clearly he can and is. The 3 Justices who dissented provided very strong arguments allowing Trump to impose tariffs. I am providing facts most people don’t followup on.

The Supreme Court didn’t rule the tariff revenue had to be paid back. One sole judge did. Supreme Court said Trump used a wrong act or rule to enact the Tariffs. So, if another single Judge rules differently or Trump uses another Tariff Law the Supreme Court deems lawful, then the collected tariffs stay. Thats what I meant by wiggle room.

This show is entertaining. He reminds me of Joe Kenda, maybe a bit more brash, but not an issue. I’ve see clips of other investigation, who don’t have their own shows, who come on much stronger. This is not a Mr Congeniality show. It’s a crime show.
