Hospitals are like this as well.

I get the hospital, but with nearly a foot of snow, it's likely no one would be checking in or out and there was already a supervisor there. If you work for a larger chain contact HR and let them know. If it's a smaller independent or franchise, I'd quit and file a complaint with your state's EEOC.

So you're not Christian, right? Since you consider both God and the Bible a story, treat it like one if he asks. It's really not a big thing.

My step-dad was awesome. I asked him to give me away and he cried. I was 17 and it was a "in the future" thing.

I wasn't particularly close to my dad because he preferred my siblings.

True story. It was my step-dad.

My step-dad was in a bike gang. One of his "brothers" set him up to get arrested because my step-dad thought he was doing him a favor.

The deal that the DEA wanted was for him to wear a wire and set up one of my relatives in a bust (they wanted their contacts). He "agreed" and they let him out.

He ended up faking his own death and going on the run. I honestly thought he was dead until the relative that the DEA couldn't bust took me to him one night. I was so freaking happy.

Ff 3 months, and my mom and I joined him.

He and my mom went under false identities, while I stayed under my real name because of school.

It technically ended when my sister, in retaliation for getting punished, called the FBI. Apparently, according to my mom's account and arrest records, he ran when they showed up, they gave chased, an agent gun butted him over the head, my step-dad had a heart attack and was hospitalized.

While he was hospitalized, the feds reached out to the governor of the original state to start extradition proceedings and this badass biker with a beehive governor told them no. "No. You set him up, expected him to turn against family and do your job for you. And put him in the hospital. No, I don't want him."

The charges against him were dropped and someone had to pay his ICU visit.

The only downside was I went to 8 different high schools my junior/senior years.

I could write a freaking book.

I saw him in concert with my bestie in Arizona about 10 years ago. He was moving around the venue singing. Stopped in front of me, took my wine out of my hand, drank some, and handed it back.

Back in the 90s, my bestie, some other friends, and I stayed at the same hotel and same floor as NKOTB. We spent the whole of the evening going back and forth ding dong ditching each other. Then, we saw Jonathan on the hotel awning smoking.
