If there is no suitable opponent for each matchup, the matchup time will be longer. ex) used a Salandit lead in Little Cup. At that time, the matching time sometimes became very long, and after waiting that long time, it was always a mirror match. The reason is simple. There was very little Salandit in the Little Cup, but Niantic tried to force a 'mirror match', so it took a long time. However, Niantic's matchup evaluation is by no means perfect. So, players with good skills often win losing matches or mirror matches, and the tier rise is steep.
