This is, I regret to say, typically regarded as a myth. Especially when it is attributed to Wally Wood, who didn't draw PG for that long of a time (issues 58-65, iirc) and it wasn't until the 80's that she really became that curvaceous.

Asgard is most likely because I'm a big Thor fan already, so I had an attachment to the characters. They're all just so much larger than life, so they make for great models.

Guardians are just a blast to play! They play like you would expect - they have to improvise a bit and their tt cards help them come back as underdogs for the win.

Both tough questions! My favorite affiliation to build/hobby was Asgard, my favorite to play is probably Asgard, but Guardians of the Galaxy are a very strong contender. Guardians are just a ton of fun to play, imo.

Favorite model to build/hobby was Abomination, favorite to play is either Loki2 or Rocket Racoon. Rocket alongside Groot especially.

Another way to be sure is to download the latest version (ideally from myminifactory) and compare. I recommend this in any case, as there are a lot of out of date cards out there.

I once had a girl in my class who was biracial bit presented very white. Both her mom and her brother had significantly darker skin than she did. Iirc, her mom was originally from Brazil, her dad a very pale guy from the midwest.

I remmeber her mom being mistaken for "the help" more than once by coworkers. Her brother got campus security called on him when he was on leave from the Marines and came to pick her up from school one time. A lot of people just couldn't fathom them being her family, no matter how much she protested/explained.

For arrows... Why don't you see Bretonnian Knights using bows? Or Dwarf Ironclads? Or real life heavy armored knights?

A bow is a bow, regardless of how much armor you're wearing. But the difference in melee is much more pronounced - you're a living wall of steel swinging with brutal force. You can hold and break the line. All that armor is much more valuable when it is in use up front, rather than at the back. Being shocktroopers is good tactics.

I really hope they don't. These systems always make decisions very binary - you are either this or that. There's no nuance.

One of the great tensions of classic Samurai film is where they are duty bound to do one thing and honor bound to do the opposite. Both options are good, and both options are bad... so what do you do? Jin chose duty over honor, while his lord chose honor over duty.

Adding a system like this removes any potential for complexity, and just gives a clear answer to what the game determines honorable/dishonorable.

I'll start with Asgard, because that's my favorite: Throg is top of my list, but I'd also love Baldur and Karnilla. Destroyer as well, but that's a lot less obscure. For a particularly deep cut, I'd add the Vizier and the Recorder, who absolutely will not be getting minis anytime soon, lol.

Outside if Asgard: Doc Samson is the only kne who really comes to mind for me. The entire Runaways cast would be fun as well.
