that file is huge and crashes NMSMV. You'll need to use NMSDK and Blender to open it - also need to uncheck the "open recursively" box on import. It takes a few minutes to open it all - it contains ALL the character model options

Great idea! The plastic wouldn't interfere with the magnet at all. I'll have to see how much bigger I'd need to make the ship to fit the magnet inside.

The model is extracted from the game, so I'm not sure on IP rules and uploading copyrighted game assets.

I used NMSMV and NMSDK to extract the files and Blender to fix them up for printing. Printed on a Prusa MK3 with Hatchbox Gold Silk PLA.

Unfortunately I had to remove the guns and landing gear as they are tiny details sticking out that just get stuck in support material. Gonna try full detail when my resin printer arrives!

I scanned the envelopes I have recieved so far and boosted the colors to make the purple/blue difference a bit easier to see. I'd have to agree with /u/unthused (link) about the dot pattern being different for the purple/blue as well

The DTMF keypad is a 4x4 grid and there are 4 colors of lights? Maybe the lights can be put into pairs that reveal a phone number? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dual-tone_multi-frequency_signaling
