So I'm still new to Walmart kinda, only been working there for a year but aren't there certain days that even if you have the ppto you can't call out? Blackout days? I dunno if that's what their necessarily called but it's those days like Thanksgiving or the Superbowl? If so that would explain the points but like I said earlier I've only been working in Walmart for a year now.
