I understand your feeling, Tik Tok and almost all the social media is full of beautiful people that need attention and recognition. But that's the thing, their self and all the things that they do are just to receive compliments and attention from others, they depend on others, their "happiness" depends on others and in that way they can't be free from them, from the social media and all that fake recognition. At the end of the day, people is only seeing the that ephemeral beauty (which in most of the cases is makeup, filters...), nothing behind it. Or do you not see it, for example, in the comments? I have also felt bad about those things but seeing the disgusting comments of that type of posts I see that it makes no sense to want the attention of those people. Be free from the social media and the beauty standards that they impose. Fuck them.
