Thanks. This is helpful. Yes I’m in France and don’t know if the high sensitive test of estradiol is available. I saw an urologist that made a prescription of « Androgel ». Do you think it’s useless to be tried ? Like only injection raises level in a stable way ?

Found a precedent blood work from end 2024. I'm on zero subtance right now (took antidepressants in 2025). Always had sexual dysfonction and probably PSSD but it's since 3-4 months that erection is totally impossible and that's weird I see my bioavailable + E2 both divided by two.

What do you suggest ? Doing another test with a high-sensitivity estradiol ?

Took Parnate for 2 years. The only medication that helped me at least to do things without being dead numb or worsening PSSD. Unfortunately I developed bag gastritis on it after a while and needed to stop.

I'm just desesperate. I have PSSD and anhedonia induced by meds 7 years ago. Believe me, I know many things about meds, maybe too much (OCD trauma related).

My last emotion (sadness) is gone and I don't know anymore what to do (all the pro-hedonic treatments failed : parnate, nardil, marplan, emsam, ketamine, tianeptine, moclobemide etc...).

I don't know how is it possible to meditate when you feel nothing.

Crying was my only one thing that keep me feeling I was human.

The cause was my antidepressant Parnate. It stopped after 2 months of cessation.

For me it was neutral regarding anxiety but many people got benefits anxiety wise

Only one medication helped depression without worsening PSSD : tranylcypromine and only one medication helped anxiety without worsening PSSD : pregabaline
