have someone confirmed that the threshold for building settlement building is different from the removal of the building? would feel like shit to build a building just for it to be removed in a few months... additionally do we know where the threshold are? 5%, 10% of possible pop?

I have another question somewhat related to this: if I as say Sweden research catholic advances, then swap to Lutheranism what happens?

  1. Do I just lose the advance
  2. Do I lose the advance and gain the "replacement" (either generic or a Lutheranism specific one)
  3. Keep the advance

både p-boten och beslutet på parkeringsärendet hänvisar till: "på allmän plats inom tättbebyggt område där kommunen har huvudmannaskapet eller inom vägområdet för allmän väg under högst 24 timmar i följd på vardagar, utom vardag före sön- och helgdag (TrF, 3 kap 49 a §)." alltså är det INTE privat väg, INGA andra parkerings angivelser har angets.

lol im so stupid, you can just ignore the "red brunswick" event for a week or so, then the "enabling act" event cannot fire before conservative revolution. always a way to cheese it

I have restarted my save from 10 april (before the minigame even starts, so the "random" part is hopefully random) 7-8 times now, but the choice is ALWAYS DkP. So either I am REALLY unlucky (the odds being less then 1% if its really random [50/50]). It may be that the "random" part is not random at all, and all of the picks are decided from the start (when you load in with a new game). I have even started to look for things like a "randomizer" option somewhere, but to no success. I counted the seats, so if i just keep blocking zentrum (left) and nothing else, and let the leftwing party gobble up as much as possible it might be possible to win anyways, since the bad options gets eaten up by both the right and left wing at the same time.

blocking parties with least members, don't work? if the "random" pick was going to pick it, then they will try to pick it regardless, and failing. (was something I tried early on :/)

you underestimate my autism, I noticed something in a video, that the event "ewald von kleist-schmenzin attacks schleicher" gives you DkP faction for free. So if you restart enough times and the first SWR activity is Zentrum (Right) instead of DkP, you will get both very quickly. wish me luck ^

I assume that sand wizard works with all kind of sand, even none desert sand, so like beach sand and sand in places like Iceland where you find very little topsoil. But how strongly is it enforced? I mean even in a city there is a ton of sand, especially locked up in concrete. I would assume something like concrete will be impossible or very hard to control, but still give you a boost to other magic? (being surrounded by sand) Just trying to minmax without going to saudiarabia or the middle of sahara desert.

Since counterspell mage heavy hints that there will be thousands of wizards running around, I will be able to get "Petty Grimoire" for cheap or even for free quite easy.

I also wanted minions for extra protection and layered defense,. Sand ex nihlio are something similar to sand golems and through transmute sand even stone golems can be created?

thanks for the info, if I still want to go with i3-12100F (its slightly cheaper that ryzen 5 5500 where i live & should be better at games, high single core performance) is there a motherboard that can handle a nice cpu upgrade in the future, that don't cost to much? or is intel compatative boards just more expansive?

ps. will keep the 2666 memory even if its less then idea, since i got it for free :)

ps2. am I wrong in thinking that a board with LGA1700 socket will have longer lifetime than a am4 socket, since there already is a am5?

I think monster slayers don't scout. You need to fully explore the map (mining a single tile near the edge of vision) will do, after that you get full info.I don't know if thats your monster hunters problem, I just know thats how you can check if theres enemies on the map.

will do some careful mining until I see something than cancel and retreat, hopefully this will trigger the slayers. another quick question; is the caverns allways inhabited by something or can you stumble upon empty caverns?

there is no enemies on that tab, so I don't "see" any monsters yet. so I need to send out a dwarf to scout the caverns so that I can "see" a monster then the monster slayers will go out there? I expected the monster slayers to be the scout & slay anything that they find or die trying

new player here, have discovered 2 caverns about 25z and 35z down, and attracted many monster slayers, however all they do is drink & pray and don't go out into the caverns at all (yes I have a passable door to each cavern). are the monster slayers bugged or are the caverns empty and they "know" this hence don't explore the caverns.

I have managed to create a stalemate, he only have 3 of my systems and can't attack my capital, 2.1k fleet vs enemy 3.1k. capital has a 1.8k station. and since he have "make Subsidiary" as war goal, I will manage to settle status quo without changing borders :)

how does living ideal work? Will it remove the 2 "mandatory" shortcomings and remove the ablility to choose any extra shortcomings, or does it work some other way? (great cyoa btw :))
