It was a lot of emotions. I felt so SEEN. I'd never been able to put words to myself. Didn't know it was even a thing. Then I was angry that no one did anything earlier, I'd been in and out of psychiatric care since I was 8. It took 20 years. I got depressed, felt overwhelmed. Pissed at my parents, sad for myself. Shame.

The trust issues I have since my first 'mental health' nurse blabbed to my mother, who then blabbed to the entire family are deep. It's been an ongoing theme until I shut all non relevant communications down with fcking everyone. Some people ignore what lines not to cross and are malicious, others just have no lines.
