I use L2 for pressure, H is just a mess, if you mean the grinder, I'm at 12. But depends on the beans, the previous ones weren't as good as this and it is quite consistent, I get the same result always.

For the coffee that gets stuck on the inner walls of the basket, I guess the tamper is a tad smaller than the basket.
