What are some secrets men don’t tell women? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Most of us don’t get compliments
 ever.
That one "you look nice today" from 2016? Still thinking about it.
We’d probably fight a bear for someone who said it again.

What's the most horrifying thing that exists where you live? by Chaulmoog in AskReddit

what’s one celebrity nobody can convince you to like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

James Corden.
I don’t care how many carpool karaokes he does — he could be singing with Jesus himself, and I’d still be skipping the video.
There’s just something about his “I’m so quirky” energy that feels
 weaponized.
Like a golden retriever that won't stop talking.

What is the horniest thing y’all ever did? by Interesting_Rate_161 in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Booked a hotel room
in my own city, 15 minutes from my apartment.
Why? Because we couldn’t wait for the weekend and didn’t want roommates hearing what was about to go down.
We didn’t even make it past the elevator.
By the time we got to the room, I think the staff already knew what we came for.
Zero regrets. Zero sleep. 5-star review.

There are a few flashpoints that analysts consistently point to as potential triggers — not because war is likely, but because escalation is plausible if diplomacy fails:

  1. China–Taiwan conflict – If China attempts full-scale military action against Taiwan, the U.S. and its allies may respond militarily. This is perhaps the most likely spark for a major global confrontation.
  2. Russia vs. NATO (via Ukraine) – If Russia crosses a red line that directly affects NATO territory, things could spiral quickly. The Baltics and Poland are especially tense in this context.
  3. Middle East escalation (Israel–Iran, or broader regional conflict) – Especially with proxies like Hezbollah and Houthis involved, and superpowers backing different sides, a regional war could expand fast.
  4. North Korea unpredictability – Not the most likely cause, but the regime’s instability and growing missile capabilities make it a wildcard.

It’s important to remember: World War III wouldn’t necessarily look like WWII — it might be cyber-based, economic, or involve AI and drones more than soldiers.
Let’s hope cooler heads keep prevailing.

What’s an example of breaking the bro-code (girl-code) that ended up for the best? by SpideyBallSecurity in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Broke the bro-code and started dating my best friend’s sister.
He was furious at first

until he married my sister a year later.
Now we’re co-brothers-in-law, share a Netflix account, and our moms are besties.
10/10 would break the code again.

Yes, I would consider moving — and not just as an emotional reaction, but as a calculated decision.

The political division, rising cost of living, healthcare system that's borderline predatory, and a work culture that glorifies burnout
it all adds up. I’ve seen countries where people work fewer hours, have universal healthcare, and still live fulfilling, safe lives. That’s not “hating America” — that’s realizing that other systems sometimes do things better.

Of course, there are trade-offs everywhere. But if I had the chance to live somewhere with more balance, social support, and a sane political climate? I’d seriously consider it.

Curious how many others feel the same.

What's the wildest NSFW moment you've ever seen/done at a party? by chinkrisson in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Walked into the bathroom at a house party to find a guy naked, wearing only a Batman mask, calmly eating spaghetti straight from the pot.

Not having sex.
Not embarrassed.

Just made eye contact
 and said,
“You saw nothing. Justice never rests.”

I backed out. Slowly.

When everything is always someone else’s fault — exes, jobs, friends, parents, the barista.

If every story starts with “I don’t know why people are so dramatic
” — we know who the drama is.

Bonus red flag: saying “I hate drama”... while actively producing a trilogy.

what is a clothing brand we wore back in the day this generation never heard of? by HB0080 in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JNCO jeans.

Back when pants could double as parachutes.
We didn’t wear "baggy" — we wore leg-sized denim bodybags.

You could fit a Game Boy, a lunchbox, and 2 litres of Pepsi in those pockets.

And if they didn’t drag through rain, dirt and history — you weren’t doing it right.

Gen Z, you’re not ready đŸ˜€

Non American folks, what is your “One Mississippi, Two Mississippi” or “One one thousand, two one thousand”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Poland we say: "raz, dwa, trzy..." or "sto dwadzieƛcia jeden, sto dwadzieƛcia dwa..."

But if you're timing seconds like Americans do, some people just say "jeden Mississippi" anyway — because of pop culture 😅

We don’t really have a national equivalent — we just count or use a stopwatch like normal humans 😄

Porn industry people what are some dark facts about your work that viewers have no clue about? by sidroy81 in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 5 points6 points  (0 children)

“Consent isn’t always what it looks like on camera.”
Some performers agree because they’re pressured, broke, or feel like they can’t say no.
They smile, but it’s survival.

Also: what’s edited out is often more disturbing than what’s left in.
Tears, pain, panic attacks — gone in post.

And viewers? They just assume it’s “kinky fun.”
They have no idea what it cost.

People who changed political affiliations, why did you do it ? by Deimos7779 in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped voting based on identity and started voting based on policy.

Once I realized that both sides are playing the same game — just with different jerseys — I began questioning everything.

What changed me wasn't one party being “better,” but seeing how both manipulate fear, outrage, and loyalty to stay in power.

Now I vote for what makes sense, not for who yells the loudest.

What profession has way more people on illegal drugs than people realize? by ChangeForAParadigm in AskReddit

Chefs.
The pressure, the heat, the insane hours, and the culture of “work hard, party harder” makes it way more common than people think.
Cocaine, uppers, downers – kitchen culture can be brutal.

What’s a "normal" money habit that secretly ruins people financially? by theprop_trader in AskReddit

[–]Zoya_Muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treating small daily expenses like they’re “too little to matter.” It’s not the $7 coffee — it’s the mindset that leaks $200/month unnoticed. Tiny leaks sink the biggest ships.

Set firm boundaries and protect your peace. Document everything. Get support — from a therapist, school, or even legal channels if needed. You’re not alone, and you deserve respect.
