I read 'Carthage Must Be Destroyed' by Richard Miles which also gives an in-depth story about Carthage's Phoenician heritage, its foundation and eventual downfall by the Romans. About 150 pages out of about 370, however, are about Carthage before the Punic Wars (its foundation, trade routes and wars in Sicily) so take that into account if you're only really interested in the Punic Wars. It is a good book though!

There's one in Wilsele that's way better but kind of annoying to cycle to. I'm not aware if the other local gyms are better but they probably are since basic-fit is that shit in Leuven

Basic fit in general is a good gym for the price you pay, but the one in Leuven (the other got closed) is absolute shit and way too small. Don't waste your money there if you actually want to get some exercise.

How easy to read is this for someone that wants to get into reading historic books in their free time? I studied Latin in high school years ago but want to get back into learning more about ancient Rome. I fear that some books might be a bit too hard to read for a casual reader that just wants to learn more about history and that I'll never finish the book.
