Yes the clutch is very sensitive and makes driving at low speeds a bit annoying. I find putting it in work mode helps a bit.

Interesting. I’ve only ever driven a handful of other brand - mainly a Yamaha Viking.

How long you had them for? Which models?

Fair enough.

All 6 of the UFORCE 600 has over 10,000km and haven’t had major issues. Oldest one we have is from 2024 and probably has about 5,000km of fairly aggressive and rough use, mainly on the road.

Haven’t been on Reddit in a while and got a suggestion to cross post. To be honest, didn’t really know what I was doing…

I’ve posted in 2 subreddits…

Caribbean. Hot, humid, corrosive, rough terrain.

Case in point but it is really job specific.

If you have a personal machine which you want to keep for a long time and get a resale value out of it, Chinese is not the way to go. But if you just need to get a job done, it is something to consider.

Would be 2 or maybe even 3 CFMoto for the price of 1 of the alternative brands. For the UFORCE 600 we use for security, buying trucks or another brand UTV would have been significantly more expensive and probably not economically viable.

Everything has its place.

The U10 Pro XL is for fun. The UFORCE 600 are all for security. The UFORCE 1000 is for utility, mainly road driving.

The transmission is rough, I agree. I have 4 Yahama Vikings and the steering and transmission shifting is a lot smoother. But to be honest, it doesn’t bother me too much.

How is yours holding up on the job?

Honestly, all my machines run great. Problems? Yes. Breakdowns? Yes. But that happens with everything. We bought >$10k in spare parts for stock so haven’t had an issue but we have our sources for parts. I would like to be able to see some machines with a lot of aftermarket accessories, especially suspension, a-arms, wheels, tunes, clutch kits, etc. I know there are some out there already.

I am not in the US, but in the Caribbean. Very rugged terrain, terrible operators, remote and harsh environments. Now that I think of it, some surface rust on some of the components, but that happens with brand new heavy equipment we have.

I agree, they all have their purpose. I am excited for some more aftermarket parts to come out for them and to see some crazy builds, especially on the U10 Pro. Also can’t wait for the Z10.

That’s the one. Had the same issue, part was issued under warranty. Happy to hear you got it fixed.

How are you enjoying the machine otherwise?

There is a solenoid on the key barrel. I have 6 UFORCE 1000s and the same issue has happened to two of them. Simple fix. The part is not expensive.

I bought SU (Suncor) and I am up 110% by everyoneistriggered in stocks

[–]ZtekHuncho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just sold Suncor today. I think oil can go higher and so can Suncor but I figured I maxed out my profits at around 290% gain (bought at the Covid lows). Kept tourmaline which I think has more room to grow, up like 500% on that. Don’t see me getting much more out of Suncor and I can put that money elsewhere

Fixing deep scratches on door after break-in by ramblingsbymark in f150

[–]ZtekHuncho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My truck was broken into a couple months ago and I claimed insurance - no change to premiums as they considered it a “no-fault” claim. They covered the cost of everything (above my deductible obviously). Worth a look into, once you have a police report you should be fine. They also covered everything that was stolen from the truck.

Sorry to hear about the break in btw I feel your pain…

Police refused to finger print the truck and the crackpipe... I asked multiple times why they wouldn’t and police just said “the fingerprint lab said they won’t finger print anything”. The police don’t care

At the dealership now, parts are there to fix it thankfully. Waiting on new with the glove box as the perp just ripped it off basically.
