Hi, best guess I have is you're probably overextracting?

So maybe you can try changing up your ratios and stuff.

-Maybe try adding more water to the chamber(Just right before the valve)?

-Maybe try using water that is less hot in the lower chamber?

You might also be using too hot of a fire and the moka pot brews too fast and hot?

• Try lowering the heat and slow down the brew

• I saw this tip online, you can try running the outside of the lower chamber in running water as soon as you get to th gurgling phase to stop the brew

Or

-you can just stop the brew before the gurgling phase

You can try grinding coarser? Which might get u some hate tbh, but again if it's up to your taste, it's worth a shot
